OLYMPUS THEATRICALS, LLC is a New York-based theatre company that focuses on developing and producing commercial theatre projects. Established in 2007, Olympus pursues new works, adaptations, and revivals in both New York and London. Having produced and invested in over 80 productions on Broadway and the West End, Olympus is committed to supporting the next generation of theatre makers.

Elizabeth Timperman

Executive Director (she/her)

Previously, Elizabeth served as the Executive Director at New York Stage and Film (SAF) for four and a half seasons. At SAF, she produced over 50 new plays and musicals by artists including John Patrick Shanley, Beth Henley, David Marshall Grant, Keith Bunin, Steven Sater, Joanna Murray-Smith and Zach Helm. Prior to SAF she was the Producing Associate for Signature Theatre Company producing the first half of the Lanford Wilson season, including the acclaimed off-Broadway production of Burn This. She was the Producing Director at The New Group from 1999-2002, producing three seasons of new plays. She is a co-founder of Pure Orange Productions. In film, she produced the short film, Why Don’t You Dance? (Hamptons Film Festival). She was the Story Editor, Creative Executive and finally Director of Development for Danny DeVito’s Jersey Films.

KIRSTEN BERKMAN

Associate Producer (she/her)

Kirsten has been an active part of the theatre community for twenty years. She has worked across the industry in many areas but has a passion for discovering, developing and producing new work. Previously she served as Associate Producer with East of Doheny, the New Works Director at the National Alliance for Musical Theatre (NAMT), the Head of Development and Marketing Manager at The Araca Group, and Director of Arts Learning and Community Relations at The Lark Play Development Center. Before her theatre career she taught middle and high school history and drama. Kirsten holds a BA from Northwestern University and a Masters degree in Educational Theatre from NYU. She has been an active board member of New Dramatists for over ten years.

KACEY GRITTERS

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (she/her)

Kacey moved from Colorado to New York City in 2011 to pursue a career in the arts. She graduated in 2014 from the King’s College with a BFA in Media, Culture, and the Arts with a minor in Business Administration. Prior to joining Olympus Theatricals, Kacey stage managed for a number of Off Broadway productions. Most notably, Paris (Atlantic Theater Company), NASSIM (Barrow Street Theatricals), Sweeney Todd (Barrow Street Theatricals), Lonely Planet (Keen Company), Dot (Vineyard Theatre), and The Pavilion (The Barrow Group). Her regional work includes productions such as Thurgood (Chautauqua Theater Company), Working: A Musical (Berkshire Theatre Group), Other Desert CitiesBuddy: The Buddy Holly Story (Bucks County Playhouse & The Kimmel Center).

NICHOLAS VANECH

BUSINESS ANALYST (he/him)

Nicholas joined Olympus Theatricals in 2020, where he works on data research and analysis for productions. He has been passionate about theatre for twenty years. He has experience in nonprofit organizations for theatre and beyond. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Marist College, where he remains involved with its alumni choir.
